We have been contacted by Cheshire police appealing for assistance
River Weaver,Nantwich - Friday 23rd July around 4 P M
Were you fishing on the river around 4 pm behind Manor Road in Nantwich, by the Swimming Baths?
An incident occured where someone near the river was attacked and is now in hospital with serious injuries. A witness saw two anglers fishing in the area around this time and near to the place where the incident occured, they may be able to assist the police with their investigations.
