Sole from Weymouth

Can anyone help me and suggest some place to catch sole around Weymouth in late July early Aug

I reckon your best bet would be to fish Chesil Beach. Sole bury themselves in sand, so don`t bother with fishing the Weymouth end of the beach, instead go to the other end of the beach which has a sandier bottom. Anywhere from the West Bexington/ Cogden ares should be fine. Don`t forget to take small hooks and fish small baits! Best of luck.

Or come back down towards Highcliffe, where a 60 yard lob will see your baits on the sandbar.
