Hi I am new here, I have just retired from the British army at the rank of full Colonel now I am living in the far east of Russia with my wife, I miss the fishing in England, but the fishing here is great.

Hi Paul. I somehow never imagined there was a fishing scene in Russia (goodness knows why

). I for one would be very interested to know more about it. Is it mainly game or is there any coarse fishing?

Fishing expedition to the Volga Delta. They fish for zander, perch, sturgeon and catfish.
