This is the last time I ever do anything like this EVER !

First the maths.....

There are 16 boats and 34 definates. 16 boats x 2 in a boat =32 so that means there are 2 people without a boat HOWEVER Blenheim allows 3 in a boat so I can fit everybody in that wants to go provided 2 boat skippers volunteer to take 1 extra person each.

[14 x 2] [28] + [2 x 3] [6] = 28 +6 = 34 . Job done.:wh

Its tight but frankly the squad is settled and I'd rather do this than tell someone they cant go...even if they are " a lazy lard arse" [their words] called Gaunt and thus jeopardise the apres tench barbeque.

So...

1.Is anyone looking for an honourable way out ? If so I'll refund the cost.

2.I need two boats willing to take squeeze a 3rd person in each ie Wol or Andy Nellist.

Help !

Skippy

And no smart arse one liners please. I'm trying to get everyone in and to put the lid on this once and for all !

Skippy,

If no one wishes to drop out we'll happily take either Wol or Andy onboard. One issue however we're both smokers.

Respectively, does that mean wev'e got Nellist? Me and Slime will see if he sinks, just hope he doesnt bore us to death talking about fishing and divorce.
Hey Nellist, dont bring that four gallon bucket of maggots again, or we will have to tow it behind the boat.

PS we can also have a chat about accepting my record perch, and tench

Why not have two fish from the boathouse?, i know your not supposed to and all that palava, but it is one of the best areas of the lake and i can't ever remember anyone coming down to say 'NOT'.

It's gotta be better than sharing a punt with either of them two surely!!!

It's been a while, not a new PC though, just took a wrong turn whilst surfing!!!!!!!, this site is far to difficult to navigate one's self to anywhere intended, nice to pop in though and have a quick nose around.

Ear defenders will be available on request! I once spent a night with Andy (!) - on yet another Steve Spiller No-Fish In. By 'eck, Nellist cant half talk! Ask him how many claims the Record Committee have had to sit through for Crucian Carp -some well into double figures! Sit back and listen, you might get the occassional word in!

Damn good angler though - if anyone can find the fish at Blenheim, it'll be him.

I have to say I enjoyed Andy's company no need for ear defenders, didn't help me catch any fish though, so he owes me!!!

Just remembered, Andy had a battery and an engine when we shared last year.
As there will be no room in that boat, first bagsy!!:D
