Nope! It's a clever version of a little applet that is used on websites and blogs. Blogspot.com has a standard version available for its blogs (one of their "gadgets") called "Fish". The fish, very cleverly animated and looking quite real, follow your mouse movements.

I don't know m'lud. I once saw a scrawny looking chap on the Don eating a raw dace, he would have finished it had the rats not got him.
