I use to be when I was younger, at least in the photos my gran has..... thought I'd grown out of it :)

Thanks Dave, I use Paint Shop Pro, I've used it for about 17 years, way back when it used to be freeware, shame they sold it.

I often wonder what my old man would have thought of todays technology and the amazing way images can be manipulated , i remeber being amazed at king kong and jason and the argonauts latter one was harry harrison i believe though i think he learnt his trade on the former.

Cgi proliferates everywhere these days and is even accesible for home machines.

still you need that creative spark , that soul , for instance avatar was wonderful i thought , but still occaisionally i thought 'pretty good CGI' whereas king kong the thought of thenpuppeteers hand never crossed my mind.
