Have read the E.A.report on fines for last year (280 odd)they say the amount of people taken to court are down, which is good new`s if they are on the bank`s the same amount of time as other year`s but the average fine is down to ?128, which to me seem`s a joke when the max fine is ?2500.
Hit these people hard ,they won`t "forget" to get one next time ,or they will pack it up alltogether which is fine by me.
A bloke and his son got caught twice in a week a couple of year`s ago and got fined the max, twice,good result.
