Preston innovations carbonactive float rod

I have a 13' Preston innovations asaki carbonactive float rod in excellent condition. Sorry no sleeve i think the missus has binned it. i would like £80ono for this lovely rod or may swap for a good pair of diawa reels ( TDX, TDR Whisker match or RSI) OR Shimano Aero GTE 5000 Bait Runner reels. Would prefer collection or maybe able to meet halfway for cost of fuel.

Is it afloat rod or power float rod , any idea if you can get the 2ft exstension with this rod. Normaly fish with 6 to 8lb line on a Pin for specimen fish do you think this rod fits the bill been after 15/17ft Preston rod built on an Asaki blank. If I have rod code don,t mind contacting Preston to see if they do an exstenion.
