Hi All,

i'm a newbie to this posting business and may have accidently posted in the wrong area so i apologise if this is the wrong area!

I'm looking for some fishing apps pref iPhone ones but my mate has a blackberry and we normally fish together so either will do?!

the first two & possibly a knot one if your not up on knots



but then ,i don't have a i phone thingy ,just a old type phone

Found a few but here are the best ones:

iRigs was really good: iAngler App
Nice clear photogrpahy, easy to follow and actually something i'd use on the bank!

Navionics is great, but it costs a fortune. I now use Spyglass. It costs 3.99 and all updates are free. I use it for navigation and like to mark my secret fishing places.

I mostly use these two apps:
- AccuWeather - for weather predictions
- Spyglass - the best gps app out there, I use it for navigation, marking fav fishing places, sharing my gps coordinates with pals
I'm on iphone, by the way

Fishbrain can be useful if looking for what's been caught where and on what at a particular venue. Helped me out when tackling a new stretch of river.
