i just use my ordinary everyday ones unless i'm off out soind something like wading, then it's a thick pair of walking socks. such as the ones you get from yeomans.

I have this very day invested in a pair of 'Sealskinz' socks for the winter piking campaign. I have been reccomended these socks by all and sundry over several seasons as being the royalty of outdoor footwear, and believe me, at £28 for a single pair, they bloody well better be! :(

Aside from my fantastic Sealskinz and Snowbees, the best fishing socks I have are from Aldi, very cheap but very warm and they last.
