The bags you get to put persil washing powder tablets into make great (and much cheaper) hookbait drying bags.
Anyone else?

I use an old keep net (every caring angler should have an old one laying around!!..lol) to dry off boillies. U can get several kilos in no problem.

Make your own dead bait pop ups from either old foam scrunchy curlers from your missus..or balsa dowling from a model shop. Works out a couple of pence. Araldite an old hook shank into it to tie to your trebles.

Instead of buying rigging wire from F** at a rediculous price, nip to B and Q and buy a coil of picture hanging wire. U get several feet for a quid, and its goot about 30 strands to it...and is soft brass. U end up with a couple of years supply for peanuts!

Modified film canisters make great swimfeeders.

Screw-cap food containers with a piece of pipe insulation tube glued on the inside of the lid make great rig bins.

Ordinary mallets from the iron mongers make great bivvy peg (carp) hammers.

Making your own boilies from scratch.
They work out miles cheaper.
And the buzz you get from catching on "your" bait makes it even better!
