Wychwood big pit 65 riot ??

I have been bought this reel looks great but cant see a bait runner on it how could i use this with ledgered baits and i can only see the drag and reverse thnaks

Hi mate , you say its not a baitrunner , no big deal, get yourself a plastic line clip , I think they come in a couple of sizes , made by john Roberts I think .
The line clip clips onto your rod just above your spool , cast out , adjust your slack line as normal ,clip your line up to the line clip , and most importantly,OPEN YOUR BAIL ARM and leave it open until you get a run or want to reel in, if the line clip seems a bit tight , just bend it out slightly .
I don`t use baitrunners , can`t get on with them , just one more thing , when you get a run , just slap the bail arm over gently , I wouldn`t bother with the handle .
