Although i was obviously aware of the cormorant problem it did,nt really hit home untill i started travelling to Ringwood.I think many other anglers who live further inland must be the same.I have now sat at Ibsley and counted flocks of 25 fly over.They really are the Black Death.

I live in London and sometimes fish Walthamstow reservoirs and Lee Valley the Cormorants are as you say a "black death". The problem is some people think that it is just a fisherman's problem and can't see the long term problem, like other bird life who rely on fish in their diet. Leave it to the cormorant and soon that's all that will be left!
