wich bivvy/brolly shall i choose?

I've been checking out some bivvies/brollys and i've found these, but i cant see wich is the best? the important is that it shall be fast putting up and i shall bee able to use it as a windprotecting-skin and a wholeprotectingbivvy, or-something-like-that
