Ordered a new travel Carp/Catfish rod from them a few weeks ago, when I opened the case on Saturday I discovered the rod had gone missing! An angry call was put in to LOL demanding satisfaction. In response the very helpful fella on the phone (Ashley) explained that he would immediately drive from Luton to West London with a replacement. The mistake turned out to be the error of the manufacturer not Leslies so I was well impressed by their keen attitude to sort this out for me. After some of the bad service I've recently had from Bennett?s this potentially disappointing situation was made good in a professional way.
