Lactalbumin also spelt Lactalbumen:

Lactalbumen is a milk protein of the very highest quality, having a protein content in excess of 88%. It consists of two main protein forms - lactalbumin and lacto globulins.

Where high nutritional value baits are sought, Lactalbumen is an ideal ingredient that can be included with, or instead of, other milk proteins such as caseins, whey protein etc.

Because of its superior protein quality, Lactalbumen supplies greater amounts of the main essential amino acids that carp require than other milk proteins.

Can be included in base mixes up to 3oz per lb.
