DO NOT USE A PAPER TISSUE!

A cotton wool bud first, breath on the lens and work the bud around GENTLY!

You can get some lens cleaning tissues from shops like Jessops and again, try breathing on it first. Ask Jessops what they would recommend, but the bud dipped in Isopropyl Alcohol has work for me in the past.

Be very careful.

You can use tissues as long as they are designed for cleaning lenses!

To use a lense cleaning tissue, roll up a section and then tear off a piece. The ragged edge of the tussue you use as a brush on the lens.
