Fishing in Surry !! HELP...

Hi fellow piscatorial hunters
I'v just come up from Wales to stay in Leatherhead, Surry for a few days and as you do i'v brought all my carp gear with me but can only find a couple of fishery's in this area, after looking on the net.
Can anyone advise me on where i might get a good day session carping around the Leatherhead area.

i'm looking at going Tuesday, so i will be looking like mad tonight and monday....

old bury hill is probably your best bet fred. this is situated just outside dorking on the road towards wescott.

thanks jonny, it turned i'm staying about 5 miles from there, so i went down and it look'd like a cracking lake, i saw a couple of big carp landed in the hour i was there looking around, a nice 21lb mirror, and a 18lb common, you can almost hand feed them off the top at the entrance to the lake...
anyhow i book'd for today, went down the pub last night and got so pissed i didn't get up in the morning.....(typical Welsh)
coming back again in a month so hope i get out of bed next time

Yup that sounds about right!

The only problem with them literally being hand fed at the entrance is that you are not allowed to fish there! They are big tho!
