has anyone had any experience with this product,its used for de silting ponds and lakes been told it can reduce silt levels by 9 inches and reduces the acidicy,although it seems to be labourous to apply and quite costly if it is effective would be ideal for the lake we lease.Have heard of clubs using lime to do the same job but this has to many impuritys in it to risk using.Any advice would be much appreciated.

This stuff is very easy to overdo. Be very careful with it. Get an expert in to administer it and make sure he has insurance.
