Christchurch harbour catch and release to be relaxed for next season is this a good idea or was the old policy of total catch and release better ?

I haven't seen any announcement!
Bournemouth and West Hants Water are very adamant about the "All Species C&R" sporting nature of their Harbour Fishery. That policy was strongly emphasised when RDAA took over the lease earlier this year.

Have reread the article it saying that relaxation of C/ R is a possiblly .
