Hi am absolutely new to fishing so need all the help I can get live in the worthing area of west sussex

Brian try having a look at some previous threads. One or two people have posted very similar threads in the last 2 or 3 months. The advice they were given would equally apply to you.

Hi Brian, go to TECHNIQUE at top of page then BEGINNERS look for beginner?s essentials by Mark Wintle also first class fishing by Dave cooper (select the first one you see then scroll down to bottom of page to find the first lesson, start there) also ultimate knots by Dave Chilton (click Reference under technique and put knots into search) ?get properly knotted? is very helpful as well.
