Just a quick hello really by way on an introduction.
My name's Sy Heighes and I hail from Reading and am co-founder of SAS Angling, a small specimen and social angling club. My co-founder and fishing cohort Will Barnard is a regular on here and it's thru him I know Geoff.
Not sure why it's taken me so long to sign up tbh.
Anyhoo, I consider myself an all rounder though if pushed to choose a single species to fish for it would be the Tench. I just love 'em.
Venue wise I love flowing and still waters, though my preference is for smaller rivers like the Loddon and for estate style lakes...I am not a fan of commercials or super busy fisheries. I much prefer being the only guy on the bank than part of the circus!
So there you have it...well a little bit anyway.
