Thrybergh Ressie

Went out for an hour or two to Thybergh, which is just up the road, to show Ian Cloke the ropes. It was his first day after trout. I didn't take my tackle.

Ian did well and had three takes but didn't land a fish. That's good going for a complete beginner on a known hard water.

However I noticed that some really big fish were humping around after Daddies and Longhorn Sedges. I'm off there this afternoon.

Should be fun.

Ron had two good fish this afternoon, and he had several more half hearted takes.

The fish he caught were in superb condition, it's a venue well worth a visit.
