Growing on Bream

Can anyone tell me how fast or slow I will be able to grow skimmers on in a stock pond. They will be going in at around half a pound and will be taken out again when they reach 1.5 - 2lb. I am guessing that they would probably take around 2 years.

Any tips would also be appreciated ie. feed etc

? lb a year is about right in a good environment. In a very rich environ ? -1 lb is quite achievable.
However, you don?t say how many, how big the stock pond is, or whether the stock pond has a good biomass of natural food.

Its was only completed this year and is around 15 meters by 15 meters and around 4-5 feet deep. There seem to be absolutly loads of bugs in there but we will be feeding them anyway. We are yet to decide how many to put in but I think it will be between 500 and 1000.
