fish stealing

apparently,there is a gentleman of chinese appearance,travelling around somerset asking anglers if they would sell him any bream or carp that they have caught.anglers have been approached on the river brue and the huntspill in somerset.
the man drives a big 4x4,if anyone sees this bloke,please try and get his regnumber and forward it to the environment agency.

If i see him i will ask him if he can swim
