Does anyone know where I can buy spare spools for Shimano Stratics reels 2500 and 4000 rear drag reels?

Search for 'Shimano spare spool' rather than stradic.

they do a large range of shimano spares. they may have what you need if you e mail them.

I think Billy Clarke fishing tackle keep a lot of discontinued and current spares. They stock Shimano all of the time.

STRADICS!!!!!! I got mine from 'FDTackle' thru ebay. I'm told there will be 2500 available next year

Sorry about the typo - I'm dyslexic - got my report thru yesterday - I'm a did darft and probably retarted reading it -ps I ahd to read it very slowly cos they used big words in the report

Hi Paul we've been down that road before - soz!! Well I am in exactly the same boat as you and will keep you posted. My 4000s are fine,metal spares from FD and I await similar for the 2500 (haven't had the reels delivered yet) but can wait. I don't think fleabay will beat their deadline. It's difficult.
