Following on from Davids Chambers superb 14lb 8oz wharfe barbel as reported in A.T. the other week. The old record holder, the 3 whiskered one, made an apperence last SUNDAY evening.
Initial reports said the fish went over 15lb. However, by the time the captor got someone down to verify the weight, late on MONDAY morning the weight was recorded at 14lb 8oz aswell, this was later reported to actually be 14lb 10oz, fancy that.
A bad show I think, no way to treat such a wonderful barbel.
