There are still too many images not being submitted to the Gallery properly, which means they have to be deleted from the system as the image file is blank. So if you've submitted one recently (or in the past) and it hasn't appeared it's probably due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. The image was more than 250kb.
2. It wasn't a gif or jpeg file
3. You didn't upload the image.
4. You didn't click the 'submit' button right at the end of the process.
