Just my luck, booked tomorow off work to go fishing and they're forcasting rain and 25-30mph winds!

It also seems that nearly every week for the past few months its glorious weather mon-friday, come the weekend and its blowing a gale and peeing it down.

I never fish the weekend but I'm lucky, I'm retired, I know exactly what you mean though, you watch the conditions getting better and better and when you decide to go it suddenly changes. Oh! the vagaries of the English weather, you would think we would learn to live with it but we always seem surprised by it.

Yes They Are!!!

All set to fish the R Suck in Ireland. Found a great spot on the Wednesday. Bait fish on the surface and the odd splash as a pike attacked. Saturday river 100m wide and chocolate brown!!

Ended up in the pub drowning my sorrows in the black stuff!

Cheers God!!

Just checked the BBC weather again, theyve now changed their mind and wind is only 16mph now - I don't know why I bother with the forcast, it changes hourly and they can't even get todays right.
