I am in Bedford later this week and wondered if anyone had any advice on what fishing is available. I was thinking of fishing the ouse if possible.

Get the number of a local tackle shop and ask them mate where you can get a day ticket mate!

thanks I'm only there on Thursday ,so I was just after some advice as I've never been to Bedford before

Hi Ian,

Priory Marina is a DT water and has plenty of stillwater Bream/Tench etc, and a stretch of the Gt.Ouse with Barbel chub.

DT's from the lodge on site.

DT's also available for most of the river in and around the town, on Bedford, Ampthill, Kempston books.
