He mentioned a forum ( I know he has plugged this one in the past ) where an angler requested a water for night fishing, and was advised my another that he didn't need to pay.
Apparently the guy who advised him was given a life ban by email by the owner.

I would like to see this thread if it was on here......

I saw that and wondered if there was much point in banning a lad that was fishing without paying anyway. Surly he will still fish and get away with all the same.
