BOOTS

I have an Italian pair of walking boots with the label TREEMME 4x4.
They have an inner boot made of wool with a built in 'solid' sole and are laced to above the ankle.
So,they're ok for driving after removing mud laden boots.
After many years good service,although the boots are good as new, the inner boots are well past their sell by date.
Does anybody know a stockist for these boots?
Or failing that,can I have recomendations for a good pair of (thermal) socks?

Fred, if you do go down the sock route get some of the Seal Skinz waterproof socks in the long version.

I wouldn't be without mine - I have some of the new ones but I used the original ones for over 10 years!

Cycle and camping shops seem to be the main stockist. Just check the availability at the side of the list.

and postage to England seems to be quite reasonable.
