Photo worked for me. It's a carp possibly koi, or maybe a common that has discoloured in salt water.

looks liek a Koi to me
.......and it looks dead, probably an otter did it !!

Maybe just slung in by somebody who lost their pond stock in the ice.
A lady our way had Koi in her pond for 35 years from fingerlings and they all died in the ice.

Thank you gentlemen from what has been said I would agree its been dumped either by some toe rag trying to steal it or misguided soul in this area trying to feed the seals Panoramio - Photo of Seals and gulls at Greatham Creek this photo is from that area Noel
