Best Carp Rods

Hi guys, what would you say were the best carp rods around? I've heard that Century etc are at the top end- anyone tried them out? Any makes that you wouldn't recommend as much?

Crucian?
F1?
Commercial Carp?
Massive Carp?

or method,

Big method feeder?
pva bags?
light feeder?
float?

I'm not going to buy anything right away, am more looking for general opinion really, but I suppose around ?150-200? Century are running a compo at the mo, was wondering how they rate in the industry etc

for match rods and fedder rods have alook at the drennan range of rods these are top market and you may pick them up for less than you have got!!

or for carp rods have a look at the esp tracer or vertex distance.

I have a pair of Grey's X-Flites and have found them excellent for all my needs. Also get the added bonus of a life time gauretee which came in handy when I shut my boot on my brand new one (doh). Cost me ?15 to replacement section and was dealt with really quickly.

I think they sell for around ?180 a piece although I got mine from ebay and paid around ?120 incluing postage for each one.
