Fishing in northumberland

I want to know the best place to overnight carp fish in newcastle/northumberland.

I already know of one place which is very popular to the locals around there but i would rather fish at a place which is universally known for being good.

as there aren't many carp lakes in newcastle it's hard to find any information on the internet, and since i live in rotherham i cant ask any local fishing tackle shops.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

farm fishery is a good one. i would either reccomend that or one of the riversrunning through the city.
