Im fishing a weir pool on the avon and im looking to catch barbel. I have been told the easiest way to catch a barbel is with a block end feeder but the water is v.fast so i should need a longer hooklink shouldnt i so that it can follow the free offerings from the feeder? also where is the best holding spot? are there things to look for?
