sections of pole stuck

i have a pole which unfortunately some of the sections have become stuck inside one another,any suggestions on how ,for want of a better word unstick them,all or any suggestions welcome

Have they been put insde the wrong way?

If your baths long enough you could try immersing the pole in warm water.

If the sections are in the right way they should not be able to stick so its probably happened due to a build up of crap on them like fish slime,corn juice groundbait etc

Put a thick cushion on the floor and tap the widest end down but not so hard that you damage the end of the pole, if you keep tapping they should slide out.

This can sometimes happen when they are put in when they are wet, it forms a vacuum, always dry the outsides before repacking.
