Can anyone advise me on a decent baitrunner reel for £40?

second hand shimano baitrunners are cheap to buy......(ebay, angling press adverts) 35 quid should get you a good one........

Hi Ed.

I looked at that reel and saw it was a baitfeeder reel. I was wondering if you could tell me the difference between a baitfeeder and baitrunner?

No difference. Baitrunner is a trade mark of Shimano so no one else should be using it so they come up with their own names. Trouble is, everyone now know carp reels as baitrunners. If you wnet into a tackle shop and asked fopr a baitfeeder they would probably look at you sideways.
