hi can anyone suggest a way of identifying fly reels with diferent line eg floating intermediate and sinking all the same make of reels thanks

Tippex on the reel foot, then write on the tippex.

Stick a food label sticker on the inside of the spool. Write on this and it will only be available when of the reel.
