went fishing sunday,still very cold,caught 2 roach in 6 hours,done every thing i could,went shollow,deep,on the top with bread not even a bite.i use 8 14 20 elastic still no joy.i then used my feeder caught the 2 roach.i was not the only one that had a bad day,a lot of the lads said it was to cold for fishing.i love winter fishingyou can not beat it,still no double.tryed your tips,there is not much you can do if the fish are not biteing.im doing a sickey from work on friday,to get some good fishing in hope to tell you lot i have got my first double on friday,wish me luck thanks again for your tips
