Rainbow Trout - Groundbait

Hi

Off to a rainbow trout fishery soon and will be using a swim feeder with bread crumb and maggots to feed the swim as had success before with this method.

I am going to try a mix of ground down Halibut and Trout pellets next time out but I am also looking for further suggestions on any successful alternatives which people could recommend to mix the maggots in with.

Strange time of year to be catchng rainbows on coarse tackle! Worm yes.
I would just stick with red maggots, use some dead ones to feed with so as not bury into any silt ect.
Chopped worm with full worm on the hook.
