i have 3m of the hydro black,and i was wondering wether to elasticate either a power top 2,a top3 or a top 4 with it,can anyone advise which is the best top to use with this hydro elastic

It really depends on the length of your tops. Typically a power top 2 should be 2.5 to 3m long which would be ideal.

Alternatively a lot of people use their match top 3 with the no.1 section removed - but check that your pole is rated up to a 14/16 elastic first.
