E-Bay can be a rip-off watch tha postage and chack the description very carefully and ask questions before you bid

Take the warnings and try to deal with members with a good track record when buying. As for bening a rip-off, I couldn't disagree more. I've had over a hundred trades now and only had one bad one that cost me all of a tenner and that was my own fault for not reading it clearly enough.
Only the other week I got a new Nash Windproof Fleece (rrp ?40) for just ?17.50 and it's brilliant. But, always compare prices with on-line stores first and don't bid more than you can afford to lose if it does look dodgy.
