Really enjoyed that.

There is nothing as exhilarating as chubbing in the depths of winter and as you say snag fishing is not for the faint hearted.

It's been said on another thread and I have to agree that dawn, dusk or darkness seem to be the most productive times at the mo

I'm really sorry I haven't been back to all your lovely comments - I never thought to check whether there had been any!

Thanks for the request for more, if Graham is feeling obliging I'll let you know the outcome of my dad's birthday present trip to the West Mids (a bit of an Indian giving trip in that it's his birthday present but he has to put up with me!!)
