washing machine bags are good, hang them up and shake daily
or you can make your own trays from fine chicken mesh over some two by one wooden frames which can stack on top of each other
or do what I often do in France and that is throw a hand full in a bucket of trout pellets.......works superb

I have my air dried boilies hanging up in the garage. Do you think they will absorb moisture from the air if the weather stays wet?
Perhaps I should put them back in the pellets?

they don't normally, it depends how 'wet' the air is.
