I purchased the std batman set 2 months ago, ?120 made up with them, the receiver has a very good range, have used the in severe rain and cold with no problems, O the sensing wheel on one froze on me but it was -5 and works fine now its defrosted, any one else got them?

Ive got two of the batmans. Lovely little alarms that dont break the bank.

Thanx for the responses lads, really helps to get decent "real" reviews.

Might now change my Micron "M"s,(Five years old and dead reliable) and start becoming a Tackle Tart !!!

Thats what i did, replace me 3 Microns with the batmans, Fox are proberly the best but the price of their receiver sets are a bit step, For ?120 i don't think you could buy better

i`m not a regular big boy carper but i`m looking for a couple of good,reasonably priced alarms.based on what you gents have said,i will take a look at them.
