Been looking on the Cemex site and they have a Group Water Permit on there for ?54 pounds (or there abouts) allowing one to fish all of their Group Waters.

This seems like a bargain offer and maybe too little for a whole season. Can anyone tell me if this permit is only a spring permit, or is it all year?

Not what it says here, which is why im confused. Are these prices spring or whole season?

I mainly want to join because of the tench and bream, with the occasional carp thrown in for good measure.

papercourt is a fantastic venue, but they've just put 100 (i think) carp in - still not heavily stocked though, so it'll get busier. i fished it for a couple of years before i moved down to devon, and i'd often be the only one on midweek - thats all changed now though! lots of big tench and bream in there, not easy for them though....but worth it
