As secretary of a club who currently uses Perkins Slade and not being totally satisfied with the customer service on our renewal of insurance in February, Having paid our money I would love to receive my certificate of Insurance (this is not the first time it has happened ) despite them confirming they have received payment back in February.
What level of service are other clubs getting from their insurers and who do they use?
