I've seen advertised a"Springlock"catch
&carry landing net being advertised by the tackle outlet "Badger"at a very reasonable price ?44.99 looking like& using an advert very similer to the product made by Rod Hutchinson which usually sells for ?74.99.Does anyone know if it's the same product???

It certainly looks the same.

I bought the Hutchy one for ?60, so shop about and you may get the original at a more realistic price.

are the hutchy ones really easy to remove the net poles from the block?

cos i get really fed up with trying to hold rod, hold net handle, stop fish getting out of net when struggling, then nearly breaking arms of net with rage.

So would anyone recommend it or suggest a better model,I'm really after one that breaks down easily ,the landing I got just decimates the swim when I turn round with the handle attached,I've tried unscrewing it but the spreader block drops out.
