Help predict global warming

There was a fascinating appeal tonight on the box for anyone with a computer to download a bit of free software which, hitched to a climate prediction project, will help predict climate change.
You can read about this here http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/473856.stm

The basic idea is that, when you aren't using your computer, the software kicks in and begins analysing figures. The scientists in charge say that 10,000 PCs will be more powerful than the best super-computer on earth, and will identify better the likely outcome of soaring temperatures.

Seemed like a nice idea to me, and we anglers (especially those in Kent who'll have no water to fish in in summer) should be interested in what's going on with global warming.

I tried the website www.climate-dynamics.rl.ac.uk
where the software's available but it was overloaded with downloads. I'll try later. A few more won't hurt.
